Nicole is a distinguished alumna of Grand Canyon University, having graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2021. Over the past two years, she has excelled in her role by analyzing and coordinating more than two hundred cost segregation and partial asset disposition studies. Nicole is currently pursuing her commercial pilot’s license, demonstrating her commitment to both her professional growth and personal aspirations. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication, Nicole consistently delivers exceptional service to every client and project she undertakes. When she’s not working, she enjoys skiing on the powder and moguls in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
